I suggested to add a note on submission page that "for manga main title from baka updates shout be used". Waste of time.
I'm happy batoto exists but it has it's flaws. Owner-san seems indifferent to them.
If you know what greasemonkey/tampermonkey is, this and this make batoto a little easier. The rest you'll just have to live with.

For people who cross reference romaji is good. English names vary because of translation and makes it very hard to find what you are looking for.
batoto could have had a double entry for main title. Eng & Jpn. They do that on AniDB. Even then there is never really a official english title that be relied on. That's because even if there is an official english release the titles may not be updated to that name on reference and other sites. So then you are stuck with different english translations of a Japanese title.
You'll see in my sig below, I've made a huge list of Isekai titles. English names used on batoto wasted a lot of time referencing between baka updates and batoto.
Some people don't see/experience this as a problem and use the english title. If they did this on baka-updates the site would be very annoying and not really worth using unless there was no other choice.
Best solution is romaji. Then dual entry. Then selectable dual entry for those that don't care about maybe not finding a manga because of eng translation variations.
It has not been done the same way for decades without reason. Some people don't realise this and use english names. Some realise this and change the name back to romaji.
For accuracy romaji is the only way.
I've not found titles on batoto because eng name was used. Same with a few others sites. I don't use them unless I have to.

image does not look like it's from a real mamga. The truck on top left is to hide text or a symbol. Same as truck badge.
Those sound effects look like they cam out of some american comic and no one would bother to redraw that crap.

Make a rule that Romanji title is preferred. Info should be taken from mangaupdates (baka-updates). Maybe add a note on the manga submission form.
The number of manga using English name as the main title is slowly increasing. (katakana titles with literal translation to english is fine)
Romanji of title is not always added to Alt Names. Luckily the original name containing Kanji is.
This makes things difficult in several ways.
- English titles often vary making it possible not to find a manga
- Baka-updates is the source most people use so when it's not used as a reference it makes things much harder
- There is no consistency
- English names often aren't a translation of the Japanese. Too many times they add some random part to the name or change it completely.
- Almost all other sites use romanji so looking up a name you know could result in an english name you could not recognise or it won't be found because Alt Titles does not have romanji name.
My fallback is to go to baka-updates and get the original Japanese name(kanji) and use that to search on batoto.
To me it seems like batoto is the only site where this is o.k., to use english names as main title.

Thanks. I'm pleased it's of use. I really like isekai. Many people think it's "Wish fulfilment" for easy life. For me it's more like when travelling on holiday. It gives the same feeling.
It was difficult to find them at first but it was easy to make the list after that because 95% were in "My Follows" anyway. I used a bookmarklet to copy everything at once. That's why there are probably still some non-isekai in the list. I did not delete them all.

Since there is no isekai(content) tag, I tried to make a list from "my follows" (all manga).
There may be a few missing and some that don't belong. Not many shoujo. All manga in the list are probably published after 2012 so older manga is not listed at the moment.
This list is not strict isekai but more reincarnation/summoning/transporting/game/isekai. Similar to mangaupdates "transported to another world".
If any others have some that I missed or find a new series, please post, I'll add them. It will help me keep track.

How about an Isekai tag (literally "new world") ?
This tag could include two suggested tags which are "Reincarnated" and "Teleported to a different world".
My point is that this is one of the main theme from Light Novel and there's more and more adaptation in manga being serialised.
Some good exemple for this tag would be : "Mushoku Tensei", "Tate no Yuusha no Nariagari", "Tensei Shitara Slime Datta Ken", "The New Gate".
Since those kind of series seems to be quitte appreciated and followed here it might be great for their readers to found similare countent easilier.

batoto needs content tags, not just genre tags. How is it tsumino has a better system than batoto?
