Also im confused as to why ninomiya/wananibe are expected to fight. Werent they only on the janitorial team and assigned to pick up stones? I thought after the training course they were getting promoted to be a desk job (they were even shown desks and told to work).

Stock trading is nothing like gambling. Current valuation of any given stock can be calculated based on estimated future returns, and if you find one that has a market price lower than what it should be valued at, you can buy it and make money doing so. That's how you get long term growth in mutual fund accounts or other index funds.

Except that estimated future returns tends to not be accurate, especially as most companies base estimates on -very- generous estimations. Unless you have insider data of course.

All i can tell is that the company are sending people in to fight monsters and in the process they plan to get the hero killed off to feed the demon lord so that the demon lord can generate more monsters/stones to be farmed.

Given the setting and the MC's personality, I'm sure he'll not only pay back the debt, but find some way to make the loan sharks suffer for prior indignaties

At this point the MC does have a good brain on his head and at this point pretty much has an army of worker ants and an all powerful loli dragon with a tremendous appetite. I do not get why he just does not essentially just use said loli dragon to deal with loan sharks and the company via force since it could be considered the loli dragon is quite powerful? Could be the MC is trying to avoid a scene but he has a knife to his throat essentially now.

He keep his loli partner-in-crime as a secret resource, if he pays, the loan sharks will come with any BS that the debt is still no paid, and in that moment  the loli eats the loan sharks with maximun irony.

This translator group is the real deal, I don't understand why it reads like a machine translation. It could be the case that this is simply the writing style of the original author, like Re:Monster.
