My point is that they have to tread a very fine line to keep Batoto in enough of a gray area that it isn't shut down... If not for that they could have a vaster "mature" and even an "adult" section (not necessarily hentai, but that which goes beyond mature, i.e. the above).
Batoto is stupid with the inappropriate crap. You have a mature filter, you have warnings, USE THEM.

WOW! It's almost as if different mangas have different readers who have different opinions.
Did you somehow forget that Amari Mawari was a slice of life manga while Himekishi is a rape-fantasy, seinen manga? It's like wondering why people who watch action movies like seeing violence while fan's of romance films think otherwise.
