I haven't read more than a few chapters, but as far as I figured, his "special OP magical ability" is basically mediocre application of telekinesis.
Can't say that sounds too interesting.
In fact, that's much more severe : ALL the chapter 13 go BEFORE the 12 ...
... In chronological order, it gives :
{1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,13,12,14,15,...}
there seem to be rather severe mixup of pages between the end of ch12 and the entire ch13. it's mixed up so bad it's basically Deja Vu, and no one likes to be accidentally spoiled...

Yea, I think that page 16 onwards is actually chapter 13. And the pages in chapter 13 are either the beginning of chapter 13, or missing pages from chapter 12.

Page order is fucked. In chapter 12 at page 15 it says to be continued and then it just skips to another scene in page 16
Not sure where you're getting "spineless" from. The MC hasn't done anything cowardly obviously, so I'm assuming you're talking about not having sex with the dancer and/or Sera. But Evan clearly holds affection for Sera and is investing in a long term relationship with her after transitioning from a Master/Servant relationship. If you think the only way to be not spineless is to run around trying to get your dick wet, then I can only assume that you have shit taste and probably enjoy shit harem anime.

It looks that way. The to be continued shows you where each chapter actually ends. Even so, it still ended kind of abruptly.
