Skeleton knight is at least on par. And Dracula from Vampire Hunter D basically soloed Cthulu. Mummies vary in strength. Draugr are horrifying, and so are Dullahans (though those are technically fairies). Gashadokuro are skeletons that are several stories tall.
Fucking awesome.
