Yeah, it's a weird choice to leave out such significant portions of the novel.
They even alluded to the meeting with the Elf in one panel, implying that those things did happen but that you weren't shown them.
it sadden me how different at WN is. to much story left out. the elf / the swordman / the real development of MC, the real age progress. practically 90% was left out, well i could understand since practically it was quite surreal that a 4 years old child was already flying to different continent and Sparring against best swordman in the world and win.. but really piss me off to much story left out because of that. in the first place in novel reus went to school at 9 or 10 years old and in manga he was 12 when meeting twins and that meeting in novel was at 3 ti 4 years old. the twins didnt have slave collar wish its a heavy development later. the one who train swordmanship to reus its Lior and MC. in the chapter of picnic they fight against a monster for a gem wish gives them money to pay school expenses for MC and both twins. ah i give up if i really tell all things that were left out even in the prologue chapters ( mansion arc < ) i would need over 100 posts

Its not explained, but colorless can barely use other atributes using formations, while people with an atribute or more can use them really efficiently and the elements they are proficient on a different level, Reese is an exception because she can see spirits and water spirits gets jealous over fire ones thats why she's not proficient with fire...
so the manga follow the LN right? well, in the WN if i'm not mistaken Emilia didn't participate in the duel...
Exactly. Why not just show him beating the guy in the match and leaving it at that? Thats a much better spot to stop at. I wanted the punk defeated right there when we know its gonna happen. Unless the next chapter is actually mind blowing and proven me wrong, why stop there?
