So I take it you haven't see the vampire chick from the hugely popular "Monogatari" series? That character trait is more common than you make it out to be.
I think she might have been playing the 'scared kid' angle to lure him in. She took the clothes off to showcase her wounds to drive that point home. If she was trying to seduce him with that VERY underage body...then that world has some rather disturbing implications. Also, he shrugged off the fact that she was essentially trying to bewitch him a bit too easily. Hell, it might have even worked a bit, since he gave her a bunch of blood. This was like the spell Arisa used on Satou against his will so she could jump his bones. Young or not, there should be some serious ramifications for trying to use what amounts to a magic roofie.

That's basically Mina Tepes or Leticia Draculea. Apparently any female vampire related to the good Count has this ability. Also I loved the facts:
she left her hair adornments in despite being naked otherwise
she somehow burst out of the clothes she wasn't wearing
he was blessed with a fuckton of blood in addition to his Swiss-army farming implement.
Although I did love the wolves playing volleyball with her.
Having blessed a healthy body from God is great, but I like how the main character is more concerned to give the vampire blood than giving her something to cover up.
Not that I am complaining.
she probably hid it to make him lower his guard.
When he comes closer be it kindness or desire, she could take the chance to suck his blood.
