NOT THE CARROT...TURNIP....actually, what the fuck is that thing again?

Personally, I enjoy the fact that the series has so much ADHD that I have literally no idea what's going to happen each chapter. In fact, it may even be the only reason I'm still reading.

Will tomorrow be harem-building again? Perhaps, more homoeroticism? A training sequence? World-building that will be quickly be forgotten, then suddenly dragged kicking and screaming out of the grave several chapters later? Or, as has happened every third chapter so far, something new that fits absolutely not at all with anything that has happened so far, completely out of left-field in both subject and genre?

This series is a train-wreck and it is magnificent.

A very hilarious trainwreck at that.I appreciate the series humor. It reminds me of school life in that something different goes on everyday. Blacksmithing in his room while hanging with bros? Praticing magic causing hilarity to ensue? Makong money and building rapport with royalty and poker faced plant Armin? Who knows, but it'll make me laugh!

I hope this gets popular enough to have an anime, it reminds me of the attitude kono suba had minus the intense moments lol.

Ummm... what?
Kimito I can kind of understand where you're coming from, but not this guy. He'll give you shit if you're bothering him.

Do these things scream when you peel them? Do they blend?

To be honest, you could've figured that out on the first chapter.

Think about it. The main character's only goal is to ensure he does not get a "bad end" with the villainess of an otome game. So why is he still enrolling in the same school as her? And why does the title of the series say that he's a blacksmith when the last nine chapters have had fuckall to do with blacksmithing?

so i'm guessing it was either one of the guys courting the poor girl that got jealous of MC or it was the ice queen that got jealous of the poor girl that she was hanging around with MC.

Probably ice queens lacays.

man, i read some LN or web novel translations of volume 1-3... i feel like i wasted my time now.
volume 1 was pretty decent, but it got worse with each following volume.
events will never be mentioned again, characters will never be mentioned again, story lost it's goal, MC becomes a doormat for everyone, and the list goes on. dissapointing.

the manga changes stuff here and there, but i'm not really sure if that will be enough.

maybe i just read the web novel and the LN is dozen times better, but i won't hold my breath for it.

You described 98% of all WN and LN :3.

Can't expect much of novice writers in form of plot.

Spoiler

when I read the novel I remember that meme

I always forgot the name of the dj though, like the one of HERO and Saber - your waifu is shit, shiiiiit -

That scalpel is going to be used for something bad isn't it?

Left on a murder scene, everyone would think he did it. He wrote his name on it and there was no witness of who he made it for.

Hes a known blacksmith at the very least that is his makers mark. So yes they would question him in regards to who he gave it to or made it for.

Give it some time, the banshees have yet to fully commit their forces.
