Giuzepp has 7th tier magic, but is too low to cast "Trace" which is a 6th tier magic?  Is that a translation mistake or do the tiers go down so that rank 1 is higher tier which would make absolutely no sense?

It makes about as much sense as people starting at rank H (etc) and rank A (or S/SS/SSS) being the highest.
Sometimes systems use 1 as the pinnacle, the problem is when another rank is discovered, but this form of system isn't that uncommon (in Japan or the west).

who cares about the action scene. There was nothing to show there anyway. He just wrecked the guy.

What's more annoying to me though is his "friends" just leaving him there and him accepting it just like that.

seriously though that fight scene is preety bad. it's like a severe case of really shitty camera angles

It's not a movie or anime to have camera angles, panelling was shitty.

because waifus.

It was this anticlimactic:

Yup I can just imagine the hiring practices.

Editor: I need a manga adaption to promote this novel, where's the resumes from the mangakas?

Assistant: Here.

Editor: Oh my this girl is mega cute and well drawn. Hire this one, scrap the rest!

Assistant: Sir, but the action scenes....

Editor: And I said he is hired!!!!

Assistent: ......As you wish sir......

The art is good but seems like this mangaka have low experience with fights, the duel was really shitty.

Is a page missing? They didn't convey the magic connecting very well at all.

Why does the synopsis read almost exactly like :

>MC is transported/reincarnated into a fantasy world
>either becomes super powerful shortly after the series starts, or was already super powerful before
>the strongest natives only have a fraction of the MC's power
>this isn't a problem though, because the MC is a good guy who never abuses his power intentionally
>quickly gains at least one love interest which quickly expands into a harem
>despite having zero romantic intentions for any of the girls, they all remain devoted to him forever
>harem includes mostly blatant stereotypes like the elf waifu or a flat chested tsundere who's main rival is a big breasted girl
>if there is an adventurer's guild, the MC always signs up and starts from the lowest rank while hiding his real power
>the female staff of the adventurer's guild always falls in love with him (but he will not notice or further the relationship)
>the series never explores how the MC got transported to another world till the very end of the series, or it is quickly glossed over with a "a god did it" explanation at the beginning
>the MC never encounters any difficulties with the local language or his out of place clothes
>any fantasy world currency that the MC already had before the start of the series is incredibly valuable because it is long lost legendary gold or something
>the fantasy world natives constantly freak out over how amazing the MC is but he is always humble and never exploits it to his advantage
>MC often gains a token male best friend who is there mainly to help the MC show off. He will also be forever alone because all the girls are lusting after the MC who shows zero interest in them.

Every party needs a pooper

I'm 99% sure that butler's name should be Bruno... <.<

Every time I hear Bruno I remember the muscle fetish dude from the Elite Four from Pokemon

I'm 99% sure that butler's name should be Bruno... <.<

Shinji, is that you? Red-haireds are the bane of your existence it seems...

I get most of the others, but who needs romance when you're building a harem?

If I build a harem it's for lust, not love, why would I waste my first eternity on romance?

On another note, Pedra is infinitely hotter, it's too bad she's probably a one-off villain.

Those soldier's attitudes are all over the place.

"Kill everyone! Take the girl!"

"Oh, you're a Wizard? Then hop on!"

I feel that they ruined the most compelling part of this story by immediately teaching him the local language.

A pretty standard isekai story... but *sigh* I'm such a simple man. When I see a cute girl faffing about I can't help but melt down. A good artist can really sell a character! From her nice skirt to her cute shoes, Annet is pretty darn charming. The way she has that aura of innocent naivete you'll rarely find outside of isekai is a plus too. Luring the guys in 101, but done well haha.

As for the MC, well he's bog standard. Nothing about him stands out at all, but at least he hasn't done anything to annoy either.

I do have to give the author points for going right into character interaction over tedious world building. There's no lame boring RPG system, or long exposition about the history of a world we have yet to connect with. Instead, it throws the MC together with a rather colorful cast of characters and starts building interactions between them. By the time Ch4 rolls around and they separate, I can already get a clear feeling of friendship. In fact, the way he's casual friends with a rather unorthodox bunch makes me more curious to find out more about the world. Are all Orcs and Kobolds just misunderstood, or are Annet's buddies special?

I'm actually looking forward to more of this!

@Champion Scan I wanted to inform you that on your site the link of the reader and the one to download chapter 5 bring both to chapter 4, could you please solve it? '^^

Hmm... so the LN has altered almost 80% of the content from the WN huh. The WN spent chapters with him practicing dull magic... Also it seems they even changed the characters he met and how he encounter them from the WN

Spoiler on how the story starting from WN version just for comparison on what they changed:

Spoiler
All in all it's improvement, my impression toward the original WN was not good since it was a bland and dull power trip with MC without personality but the rewrite seems more intriguing<_<

EDIT: apparently the author completely changed the whole story, no wonder it's all different lol.

I always try to read the novels because often details are left out, but here I am rather glad only 1 volume was translated. As you said, the difference is just too big.
