Legend of Lemnear. There are boobs in almost every chapter, but other than that nothing much. So, is it appropriate?

I don't know if its the right topic(or if I should even make a new one for this) but is there a reason why the kamisama hajimemashita chapters being scanlated by sky of snow translation are not been uploaded to batoto since in their credits it says they can be uploaded anywhere (apologize if wrong place to put this >.< )

You are the one who's misunderstanding something. The origin of the 8 weeks rule came from the Bleach thing. The basis of it coming from new series getting rank is so wrong already itself because It was formerly the 9 weeks rule. Think about it, If it's from new series from get go. Then why did someone miraculously assume 8 weeks? Guess you weren't aware of the origin, are you? Heck I keep repeating the 8 weeks rule was derived from the initial 9 weeks rule (something a random guy mentioned years ago) that doesn't coincide with a certain Bleach chapter.
I read the ToC because the bottom ones are the ones who're important. Also, I don't read the ToC here, I read it over from MH. I only comment here to correct people like you who apparently make wrong assumptions.
All authors give 100% effort to their work. So rankings are supposed to be discrete from public. What would WSJ gain if they publicize the ranking in the matter of ToC? It's as if the 100% effort done by the author are turning into a public competition with the readers as spectators. Even Shueisha isn't that messed up.

That's the problem of having to sell a product. If it's selling well, why stop? (Publisher point of view)

What about all the fans that read Berserk, Vagabond, Billy Bat, Liar Game and god knows how many hundredth of other mangas with irregular schedule. At least Hunter x Hunter fans knows they will have at least 1 volume per year. Not all fans are that lucky. Togashi has won his treatment by being a great mangaka which all series have been big hits. If you call that lazy then you are ungrateful.
