Please recommened me a great manga which has great plot which includes great mental games. It should have high twists and ofcourse great art.
I have already read the following-
Death Note
Bloody Monday(all seasons and currently reading the last)
Akumetsu
Please dont suggest Detective Conan and Liar Games.

personally, Record of Fallen Vampire. while it does not have as much mind games but it has several mysteries around the main character which are only majorly revealed at the halfway mark and towards the end. link is in my sig.

Favorite Manga: Record of Fallen Vampire, Hayate the Combat Butler, Kekkaishi
Main reason: Akabara Strauss and plot/story flow, Tennousu Athena arc/Katsura Hinagiku, Kidoin Nura and story flow

Mental games no, but pandora hearts has the best plot twists of just about anything I've ever read. And most of the alice in wonderland themed manga are pretty good story-wise as well (:
