On the 19th of august volume 43 will be released. While EGS scanlated only 7 chapters this year, JUMP has printed 4 tomes of Usogui. With this slow rate I think EGS should just drop this project. Seriously...

By now, Kadokura is my favorite referee (those facial expressions...) .
I know right, brains just aren't for everyone.
That means that Usogui has no alibi for that day.
Somehow the memory of that day and alibi got separated. Usogui lost the memory, but Kakerou decided not to collect the the alibi. It's clear from the result but it was not mentioned when they discussed the wager. That was my main problem. Anyway, thanks for answering, guys.
This game was a little different than the last two, it's the loser that keeps the 'surpassing the leader' alibi.
