really
been

someone to attempt poetry.

It's just not my thing.

But tonight
I toast to thee,
to you.

A friend
long passed.

We will never meet again.
I will never hear your voice
one more time.

That time has passed.
I did not know.

And I am left
with nothing but

a memory

of fairies
fair and
heroes strong
and selfless.

But I am
nothing

but the villain.

Let the world return
to nothingness,

dark.

Darker than
the Devil King's own
soul.

We shall never meet again,

but I miss you.
