I didn't say I wasn't interested. I clicked on the post because I was. When I read that I shouldn't even apply because of my gender, though...

I didn't get mad, flame him, report the post, or anything like that... I just merely stated my opinions.

I also understood his intentions, but his post was not the way to go about it, so I gave valid reasons why.

I don't believe I was a bad sprout... but if that's your opinion, I won't argue with you about it.

I also clicked on his other recruitment post but I didn't respond. I know I'm not welcome. It's hard to work in that kind of environment.
