I didn't want to fill up the comments section of my new series with news about my other series cuz I was paranoid that the admins would get mad at me for getting off topic, but Re:Marina is actually the series that is stuck in redraw. I would love to continue working on it, but it needs a redrawer. Until then, all I can do is wait for someone to join.

Technically, those series hare stalled due to lack of interest. I picked those series up when I was juuust starting out as an independent scanlator, so the main thing I was focused on was learning how to edit. I picked up those two (along with Tian Jiao Lianmeng) on the sole basis of there being little to no redraws, regardless of how interesting the story was, because I just needed a way to practice my editing. I guess it's pretty clear why people didn't like those two, as both are weak on the plot side (Huanxiang Zhi Zhou is full of plot holes and Zang Hun Men is literally a gag manhua full of untranslatable puns), and the art isn't really anything to sneeze at either. 

 

Because no one has complained since those series stopped getting updates (22.03.15 for HXZZ and 11.05.15 for ZHM), I figured the readers would agree with me that my time would be better spent on other series like Lan Chi or Re:Marina. I don't think there's a huge chance that I'll continue working on those series again, unless someone asks to join the group with the intention of working on those series, and even then, I would attempt to point them to a different series first.

Zang Hun Men & Huanxiang Zhi Zhou? Dropped?
