I've read tons of crappy fan fiction of VR games with better story than this. With story like this, the fun is usually in the progression. The progression in this seems all over the place. Not to mention 1 month in a closed beta, there's level 500+ guy. Either this is a pay2win game, or leveling is just that easy and our MC just sucks balls at leveling. The pacing is bad, art is meh, I don't think this will last long.

Agreed, I've been in many game launches and not only do you not hit end game in a month in most of these games, (because how to level up fast is still being discovered) you also don't even get the chance to because your level capped pretty hardcore. Pulls me right out of the story.

Didn't really elaborate, but I wasn't really referring to straight up buying levels, but I know some games you can buy EXP boosters. Buy gold to get the best equipment, participate in a few raids with double EXP, rinse and repeat for a dozen hours. I mean, it makes more sense than the guy not paying anything to get that high of a level. We all know that the top players in almost every MMORPG are spending money on that game. Beta and alpha testing can only do so much for you, at least the few games I've played.

no i understood but still 500 levels in 1 month? even at 24/7 days thats impossible. that or leveling in that game is super easy and fast. even at 100% boost to xp or 200 or 300% i still can't see a guy grinding 500 levels that fast in an MMO. even with current MMO's, cashers can only climb to 100 or so in a month. lvl 500 is just BS.

(like in zhan long) dudes got 767 million gold. thats 767 BILLION YUAN in cost. thats enough money to bankrupt a company and some player has that much to spare? and not only that but also more to buy all that equipment? im sorry but no, thats just too much cost for that. i had already taken into account pay2win before i mad my previous comment.

On a serious note, it's closed beta (went back to confirm in ch.1), so the game isn't even out yet, and you have a level 513, this just gets more absurd each chapter that it goes on... I'll keep my fingers crossed on a wipe before release >.>;

I wasn't sure the exact date, but I thought it was recent myself... I can understand people taking work off for a week and blitzing, or younger kids with a ton of free time to obtain the levels, but all this legendary gear and insane money is different. I guess the best answer would be they are somehow affiliated with the company and getting some nasty perks for assisting them?

1% chance of proccing, you literally have to have the favor of rngesus for the pants to save you. And that's not even mentioning tutorial level stats on it, the only good thing about it is it's proc and that's it. XD

It likely will fall out of favor when everyone has acquired good gear.

Only works because they are tutorial level. By the time they reach the higher levels the benefit will not outweigh the lose of stats/armor.
