I thought Sonic was. But OPM is referring to Sonic as a guy, and going through the chapters I can't find the busty chest I thought I saw. I will be happier if Sonic turns out to be a woman.

We need a poll for this thread, I think Sonic is a girl too. Sonic was moving at sonic speed so momentum caused the punch to have more force, and even an accidental punch from someone as strong as Saitama can hurt a lot.
