I'll also add that Noblesse is pretty good, I like all the chapters that's come out so far, and if the beginning was bad, I wouldnt even read it

yeah, I'm enjoying it, and I can also clearly see a lot of similarities with this title, Ability, as well..........nothing overt of course, I don't mean it in a negative way, just that they have some similar hallmarks........... art, method, that sort of thing.

I didn't find the starting boring as well All the side stories and jokes were more than good enough for me But many people like action so I thought svines might not like the start,  so I told him the starting was average as it hardly had any action/drama

We did saw Sa-Ryun's battle with Atran in Chapter 13... so we would finally see why they are trying to kill him.

And could someone rename this thread into - "Latest Chapter Discussion" or something

Yeah, true, though from what we've seen, between Anothers trying to kill each other in order to absorb power seems to be the norm, whether there's any other good reason or not. 

 

And yeah, it really should be renamed, if only since it might draw the eye of other readers who might be interested in taking part in a "Latest Chapter Discussion" but don't bother to look at a thread titled "Thoughts/first chapter" on a title that's now got going on 40. Yeah, I sent a pm to Celinus, they can change the title but I think it's only them who can.

While it's true that Anothers try to kill others of their same kind for power, I think Sa-Ryun's case is different. Atran is risking much just for one strong Another... Sa-Ryun definitely did something horrible to them

We saw Sa-Ryun absorbing power of the serial killer (the guy with a funny face ) in off panels, ...so did he also absorbed the power of Atran agents he killed previously in Chapter 13?

Yeah, you're probably right, not that we know everything that's gone on with him behind the scenes, but yeah, it's definitely been implied that he's being seriously pursued.

Hah! Great new chapter, fiiiinally they're starting to figure him out.............if there's any kind of trouble pretty much anywhere close, our boy's gonna get involved one way or the other

Well yeah, I'm sure you're right about that.............this whole Sa-Ryun relationship he's got going on is probably going to eventually guaranty that when it finally comes to light at Hon. Of course our MC is totally innocent, but still it'll most likely have some appearance of impropriety. 

 

Then again, maybe not, I might be over-thinking it, I suppose those at Hon might well know that Sa-Ryun would have ulterior motives (i.e. freaking eating our gullible MC ) ...............so he might be ok when that gets found out. But yeah, I definitely agree, there are certainly mixed feelings about him at Hon, so it'll be a matter of what happens and which faction there gets traction on whether our hero is treated as an ally or enemy.

True, and his having saved the little boss-lady is a big plus in his favor for being trusted too.

I think it carries at least a little weight with some of them...........but yeah, you're right, it sure doesn't seem to be a guaranty that he'll be trusted or accepted, that's for sure.
