it is already 10 weeks. WTF are doing there? I stopped reading Noblesse because it's not good like before and no "Ability"? I'm very disappointed !

oh yeah, I totally forgot this thread.........yeah, all the discussion about the authors' health problems have been in the Noblesse thread.  Yup, assorted health problems, both of them I guess. Noblesse is supposedly due back on the 29th and (just guessing) this one should be back right after.

Well yeah, I agree with you as far as Noblesse goes, but this one..........wow, I'm kinda starting to wonder now actually. Three and a half months later is starting to make me wonder if they have any intention of picking it back up......it's not unheard of after all.

Yup, you're right, that's about all that can be done.

 

I'm still pretty surprised that it didn't come off of hiatus when Noblesse did, it really does seem like a bad sign.........though honestly, I've always kinda wondered about the viability of an author (or team in this case) actually being able to keep up with doing two weekly titles at once. >_<

It does seem a bit to much, however I can also see why they would do it (diversity, change of pace, etc etc, that kind of thing), so yeah, bad sign :/

I do think they would make some announcement if that turned out to be the case, yeah, though I mainly feel that way because they've got the other title going and it'd probably be almost impossible for them not to say something at least.

 

If it weren't for that.....well, who knows, I've seen titles before that were just left hanging or had Naver (or Daum) simply announce them as "discontinued" or "cancelled" just to have some closure, whether that was exactly accurate or not.

 

One thing that's probably certain is no chapter this week, there's still a "hiatus" tag thingy on it, and those usually disappear at least a few days or more before they're due out.

atm they already missed 2 Thursdays for new episodes and not even one information, why they didn't release Ability yet or when it will be out

 

I won't even consider the terrible idea, that they dropped it

I wasn't asking for anything. I was just whining, that it's not nice from them to "promise" something and then don't do it and not even mention any information/reason ;-)

about above posted speculations: We can speculate as much as we want, but it's meaningless... it all depends on authors.

bad news: Ability is still on break (indefinitely)

 

good news: they call it "break" , so it's not cancelled (yet)

those breaks are kiling me...

so many mangas are on break (Rising x Rydeen, One Punch Man, D-frag, ... )

Ability was officially dropped/cancelled by authors few weeks ago. They said they can't work on two series due to artist's poor health (panic attacks). They said that they were sorry for disappointing the fans.
