Looking in it a bit, I see the user has made a post regarding wrong chapter order (chapter 243) on 16 October 2014. Checking the entry on Batoto, it is visible that the manga in question is most likely Magi.

This is actually a team issue, but there's a mixup of the chapters in Haru to Natsu. We blame the raw provider.
ch13.5 should be ch15
ch14 should be ch17
ch15 should be ch16
