Due to the way Batoto's sorting system works, in the chapter listing on the main page, it looks like it is sorted correctly, since chapters are listed firstly by sorting order (in this case, both 4a and 4b are treated equally), and then by time of upload, with newer chapters on top. In this case, the sort order parser converts both Vol.2 Ch. 4a and 4b to sort order 2004.

 

However, when reading the chapters, since they are considered equal by the sort system which only takes numbers into account and not letters, 4b is sorted in parallel with 4a instead of in sequence, so what actually happens is if you click chapter 4a from the comic page, you will never read chapter 4b. Also, if you read from a previous chapter (chapter 3 in this case), and then continue reading, the reader takes you to chapter 4b without ever going to chapter 4a. The way to fix it is to custom set the sort order for chapter 4b to something between 2004 and 2005 like 2004.1 or 2004.5 or whatever is preferred.

 

Note that Ikoku no Doctor actually still has the same issue because they are all set to Vol. 1 Ch. 1, despite renaming them to parts A, B, and C. They are all sorted as 1001 so when reading, whichever part of the chapter is clicked, readers will only read that part and then be taken back to the comic page rather than being taken sequentially for the parts.

If a moderator were to edit the title information, I would suggest doing more than just that. The zero in volume number should be removed from Vol.08 Ch.43 Read Online, Vol.08 Ch.44 Read Online, Vol.08 Ch.45 Read Online, Vol.09 Ch.46 Read Online, Vol.09 Ch.47 Read Online, Vol.08 Ch.49 Read Online. Ch.44 Read Online and Ch.48 Read Online should receive their appropriate volume displays. Vol.08 Ch.49 Read Online should, as said, be set to volume 9.

It's already in between as it probably should be. The upload was a bit late, but I believe this is an extra chapter as the first one to be released in the 18th volume. If that's the case, the sorting is correct.
