Ch. 1 should be Vol. 1 Ch. 1
Ch. 3 should be Vol. 1 Ch. 3
Vol. 1 Ch. 4 should be Vol. 2 Ch. 4
 
 
Vol. 2 Ch. 3 should be Vol. 2 Ch. 5.6 (Chapter 5.5 is currently not yet released)
Alternatively, Vol. 2 Ch. 4.5 could be named Ch. Side Story 1 with numbering 4.5 and what is currently Vol. 2 Ch. 3 could be named Side Story 3 with numbering 5.6 with the missing Side Story 2 given numbering 5.5 when it is uploaded.

Chapters 38 and 39 are in the right order on the main page, but still reversed in the reader drop-down menu.  Also, when I finished Chapter 37 and clicked forward, I got Chapter 39 first, not 38.

Ch. 1 is sorted after Ch.2 for English most likely because Ch. 1 is set to Vol. 1 despite not being listed as Vol. 1

Chapter 50 is listed all the way at the bottom. Presumably because it's missing it's volume number (vol 6).

While you're at it, if at all possible, you should add in the chapter title, "A Surprise"

Spanish scans are all out of order since two different set of groups did it. The mess starts at ch. 30 and goes until ch. 37.

Chapters 17 and 18 are in the right order on the main list, but reversed in the reader drop-down menu. This way, when I finish Chapter 16, it takes me to chapter 18 instead of 17.
