why is it so painful whenever I see Ran mature expression, I'm happy to see her changing and she looks so pretty but....*sob sob*

Oh god this art is beautiful. To be honest, I was slightly relieved when Outarou died since he seemed to be too series about Ran and since ran not only looks like a kid but acts so much like a kid, especially since she did not fully understand Outarou's feelings and it creeped me out. Outarou was a good phase in Ran's life though; he helped quell her loneliness and his death helped her grow up.

It revived my heart after it killed it, to kill it again. 

Even though I don't like Outarou, I felt somewhat sad that his and Ran's wedding will never occur. It's like most first loves turn out tragic.

Unless necromancers exist in Ran's world.

Sorry, I wasn't clear. What I want is to be able to follow the tag itself, meaning, getting a notification when a manga from one specific author gets updated, even if I didn't click follow on the manga itself. It would help me finding manga from favorite authors without having to check their tags every few months.

I see. As far as I know, you can follow Irie Aki's profile in mangaupdates. They use to have the profile updated. Or maybe in Enterbrain magazines, since she has been working for them all the time.

We're working on getting the next two chapters out as soon as we can, but we'd like to confirm that Ran and the Gray World is indeed ending in the not-too-distant future. The bumper text on the beginning and the ending of the latest chapter (42) talks about 'the beginning of the final chapter', and an 'emotional ending coming soon'.

 

No word yet if she's starting anything new.

 

Chapter 41 is a chapter of profiles on every character, and Chapter 42 begins the final arc in proper.

Daaamn, this.

The last ten pages emitted some huge ending vibes which made me depressed, specially after the marvelous dialogue between Ran and Hibi. I'm happy that this series is still going on. The latest chapter made me appreciate this work even more than before. Everything matched perfectly: the pace, the atmossphere, the interaction between Ran and Hibi, the growth of Ran&Hibi and the development of their relationship in general.

This probably would be one of the very few collections I'd actually buy in physical form. 

I unironically love this alot, it's got the same fantastic spark akin to the mythical feeling of a miyazaki film, with a very detailed and stylistic look for a simple narrative. 

I wonder whats next ^__^
