Rounders(1998) - MATT DAMON! It's actually a pretty good movie and pretty accurately shows the mind set of texas held'em players. The pacing did have some problems, as it was a bit TOO slow, but still, very enjoyable. 8/10
The Italian Job(2002) - MATT DAM-oh wait, it's Mark Wahlberg .-. So, it was a pretty entertaining movie, though it was a very, well, basic heist film with the only twist at the start of the movie. Nothing unexpected. The actors were great. 8/10
IN THEATHERS
12 Years A Slave(2013) - A very hard to watch type of movie. It's depicts a person who was free, but was abducted and tricked into slavery(before the civil war in America), and all that happens during 12 years. But i can see why people say this movie was "needed" to be made. It shows the brutality of those times, and makes you wish it wont happen again. This guy really does go a lot of tough stuff, and.. Well, you have to see yourself if he meets justice or not. Or decide, if justice was given the right way.
The actors were great in this movie(you see sherlock o/ and he shines in his scenes o/), the principal actor(Chiwetel Ejiofor)captured the mood and tone really well. Fassbender was also worth noting, as his charachter really stuck into my mind after the movie.
A small nitpick from though. the pacing, felt a bit weird for me. The 12 years, sorta just flew by, the movie didn't keep count how many days it has been since he's been abducted. Though maybe the man himself didn't know(as this IS based on true story?). Though i doupt that, he must have seen a news paper here and there. That was just a nitpick anyway. Wont deduct a good moie of it's rating due to just that.
