You'll want to unapprove the chapter, then rename it to "DELETE" - Bato.to moderators will take care of the rest.

Nice to meet you, translator-kun!
As for tips... I've been scanlating for nearly a month now and here's what I've figured out:
As I can only translate Chinese, I'd love to work with a Japanese translator! Feel free to let me know if you have any questions.
See ya around!

[** Note: What I call an editor is someone who handles putting the translation to the comic. Mileage with this definition may vary.]

Good points. As you alluded to them before, Let's Plays are a prime example of this, from Pewdiepie to whatever that twelve-year old wearing that Minecraft shirt thinks he's doing. Point is, games are widespread and generally accepted. (+eSports)
So what's so great about the subject of video games for creators of light novelists and comics writers?
Imagine the game of your dreams. Think of all the awesome things it would have... Bustling cities, dynamic NPCs, the ability to interact with everything in the world... Hell, even the ability to become the leader of a settlement like Weed-nim.
Write down your ideas. Now, looking over your blueprint, could you possibly ever make this happen on your own?
Chances are, no - it's just a pipe dream. But the wonderful thing is, many people play video games. They will understand what you're talking about, and wish for similar advancements in video games.
Let's all dream together folks,

P.S. - Cataclysm: DDA is best game.

Well, er, I only just started translating this one, so it's nowhere near up-to-date, but it definitely fits the bill. It's getting an anime adaptation soon, so it might be worth looking into...
Meanwhile, Legendary Moonlight Sculptor is a great series; the original light novel is actively translated, and the manhuas have nice art.
Hope that was mildly helpful!

Wu's Magic Maze (迷宫幻武)
This is my first time requesting a Chinese manhua, I liked what I've seen from the raw, the art reminded of One Piece
Very pretty; I like translating pretty things.
The only other thing I have to say is that it seems very text-heavy, and that the first chapter is 47 pages. So for now, I'll work on it as a side-project, and we'll see where it goes from there.

Hiya folks! Been a long time lurker hereabouts, soaking in the blue light from the computer screen and what not.
I'm rather meticulous in documenting what I read (mangas, manhuas, light novels) and what I watch (animu). In fact, I have a 17 page Google document listing every manga and anime I've ever watched. Except for Doraemon, Atashin'chi, and some anime about a orange fat lazy cat. Still can't find that one, unfortunately.
In real life, I'm a college freshman majoring in Electrical Engineering (ECE). So far, I've had plenty of free time, and haven't come close to even pulling an all-nighter. Let's pray it stays that way.
In terms of bato.to, I've begun scanlation projects on two Chinese series: "Dead Coffee Shop" along with "Lil' Green & Lil' Blue." I'm planning on releasing "Dead Coffee Shop" weekly, and "Lil' Green & Lil' Blue" twice a week.
Winter break is coming up soon, though, so there will be plenty of time for that and other projects. So, if anyone has any Chinese series they want me to revive or start, let me know! I'm always open to suggestions.
Thanks for readin' dis.
