Bad news is this information way too old and I think the site has close down already
Any chance on how to find their hosting policy?
Both of them might be inactive group. Since this manga is very old.

If you just can't find a policy for a group (after searching for a reasonable amount of time) you are save to assume they allow hosting.

the entire vol 01 to 16 are a direct scan from usa comic book. I won't upload them

Yes as long as it is scanlation work it's okay. The quality isn't the best but it's so old that nothing better can be found I guess.
About the group:You could add add it as two names for it and "EvlNabiki & SHADE" or something like that.

The only site where I found the chapters for download didn't say anything about it (indeed, the site is already dead... inactive since July/2010)

Well, the series is already uploaded, it's Bachi Bachi, a yaoi, but if the rules are against showing genitalia, explicit sex etc I don't really think it's apropriate

I thought this shouldn't be uploaded at first since it's supposed to be borderline H (and after I checked chapter 3 or so I was inclined to not upload it) but seems like people want to read it or something so I guess I'll just check if it's alright to post it up here.

Is it okay to upload Kago Shintaro's works? I've seen 2 entries of his works without chapters (Anarmorphosis and Paranoia Street, but I won't upload Paranoia since it's done by Kotonoha. I still waiting response from brolen)
If it's okay, I may add his other works too like Yume no Omocha Koujo and Dance! Kremlin Palace.

okay, after re-read Yume no Omocha and Kremlin Dance, maybe they're not appropriate for batoto. maybe i'll upload them later if we have AO section. Compare to them, Anamorphosis is rather tame, it's more like Franken Fran IMO.
The first story just like other survival manga, there are dead bodies, but that's it, not really gore. The other short stories contain some sex scene, so maybe I'll left them. So is it allowed or no kago at all?
