Used to be into it, but my learning rate has declined lately because (i) I no longer read like I used to, and (ii) unlike in my undergrad college, I couldn't find any dedicated word games club/group here. I try to avoid showing off random new words when I can, although I admit I previously used to do just that. So I guess that's a no.

i assume that means religion before the spread of Judeo-Christianity and killing off the native gods? and which region? just in the near east you have Manicheans, zoroastrians, Persian, Egyptians, not to mention the mixture there of, like the Egytian sect of Jews that at the outpost of the roman empire at Elephantine that worshipped a version of Judaism with a female consort for YHWH

Sure. I can’t actually understand the original language, so nothing really changes but it still feels fresh. Nice way to not get tired of it.

If you mean "otome games," if I'm to judge by their anime adaptations, I'd probably find them hilarious, if perhaps a tad poorly-written, but I haven't tried my hand at them.

(Except once, I suppose, but that particular example would not in any way dislodge the above impression.)

If you actually just meant, "otome," lit. "maiden," well, humans are people, so it's obviously on a case by case basis?!

Sure, all good if the person is in pain and wants it to end quickly.

Ignore your dad and give her a hug. It’ll be great.

Making moar fake friends on the internet?

*thinking*

I don't know if I consider my friends that I only know on the internet to be fake friends. I want to say, "either I think of them as real friends, or I don't think of them as friends at all". However, that glosses over several things, like how I act a little differently that I would offline sometimes, and how I expect others to too...

...it's almost like making real friends, but as half-fake people. Though I don't actually think of it as "fake," as much as I think of it as "differently-filtered"; I think I elaborated more eloquently on my feelings on this in some post in the past... >x<;

...

...But no, not into it. At least not actively. However, when it happens naturally, it's nice.

Yep. I couldn't make any cool versions like my friends, but I enjoyed it and it was fun to get excited and toss them out a window. There was a resurgence of these a couple of years back due to someone (one of those 'excitable' people) and that was also fun. Still haven't figured out the best way to achieve maximum distance, owo.
