Really, anything. From every genre you know, filter yaoi. It just need to be something that you personally think the greatest thing you've read and left a strong impression to you. Even if it's something out of School Days material, just throw it out to me. Though i would say i prefer something that doesn't deviate from it's main point. Thanks in advance.

If Light Novels are allowed, then I consider both Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei and The Legendary Moonlight Sculptor as masterpieces.
 
Regarding comics, it's much more difficult D: There are a lot of good comics, but something really great....
- Gintama : obviously Teh Masterpiece (if you don't give up too early)
- Blame! : I am still fascinated by this one.
 
Right now, I am falling for World Trigger (or should I say, its MC) but it's a very young comic..

Onamas is masterpiece ! don't be deceived by the title , it is actually great and touching .

 

I have different piece that come in mind though ...

 

Mismarca Koukoku Monogatari (axed , the manga are only there to promote LN) , Double Arts (axed , be prepared to rage , but trust me it will serve you a great time) , Superior and Superior Cross (finished) , and lastly Bloody Cross (ongoing but you may want to read a couple of time to understand the flow) ...
