Spoiler
I'm being weird but what makes me the happiest is the little panel of Kuroki bragging about his wedding with Tanya.

Holy shiz, I didn't think I'd see this again! Feels like it never left <3

Oh hell yeah!

That wasn't very elegant or nuanced was it?

Didn't see that one coming. So after 5 years I finally get closure

Bwahaha!!!  So 'them'.

wait... bu... what

Bravo.

I've just read this manga again, and I've updated my conclusions:

Nodame is one of the greatest manga characters ever created.

Ninomiya Tomoko is a master of comedy.

Ninomiya Tomoko knows classical music and the psychology of musicians like the back of her hand.

This many is not just a "must read," it's a must read again and again.

I'm kind of sad that Nodame and Chiaki didn't perform together on-stage, and the ending was a bit disappointing, but still, I loved reading this manga.

I absolutely LOVED this manga. I'm devastated and heartbroken because I never wanted it to end and I never wanted to stop reading it. The lead is quirky but talented and themes of passion, dedication and devotion reverberate in my life today.. The couple is a wonderful pairing and though the focus isn't always on their relationship, it'd development is consistent and worth-while.

It has also inspired me to study a bit of music history, a great compliment for an Art History lover like myself (and if you are too, you'll LOVE chapter 67 like I did.)

Long story short:

IF YOU'RE WONDERING WEATHER OR NOT TO READ THIS MANGA

and you're deterred by it's age and it's length, like I often am, I suggest you read it regardless.

All time and emotional investments are returned for a good read. (:

(Time to move on to the anime, the drama and it's two movie sequels to soothe my broken heart.)

An incredible manga! The only one that comes close is Glass Mask for acting, as this is for classical music. As a music lover, I really love how the mangaka really understands classical music. Being used to stories in a genre like this having major howlers, this is a breath of fresh air, as Ninomiya Tomoko knows classical music like Leonard Bernstein did. She also understands musicians like few authors I have come across. Nodame and the other characters are believable as classical artists and as three dimensional characters, and Nodame herself is one of the best manga characters I have come across. I totally love her, and listening to her play my favorite piano pieces would make my day. To hear her play Liszt's "Reminisces de Norma" would send me to Nirvana.
the vol "24-25" are the opera-hen
If i'm not mistaken it's until volume 25 right?
Yay Nodame!
It's not ongoing so this won't see nearly as much traffic as it deserves. But I'm glad you uploaded it. It's one of the best.
Volumes 4-9 are just scans of the official English version so I can't upload them >;
