Utsuro is now a Hero Killer... that way to kill characters is pretty mercyless.
Then you'd have two immortals beating each other for all eternity. As long as Utsuro is on Earth he can't be killed, unless you destroy Earth itself.

Maybe the other way to defeat Utsuro... is to make someone a god like him with the "blessing" of the Altana?

Well they need to send him out of the earth
Or have a single attack that can burst him to death.
Basically an attack that can overpower his regen and kill him without leaving a single trace of him.
