Hey guys, I just found a chinese scans about gintama. And I tried to translate it with mangahelpers. Is it illegal if I upload that to batoto?

It all depends on the hoster/translator policies. Since you're using a translation meant for Hi wa Mata Noboru only, then it's illegal or at the very least highly disrespectful.

Find a different translator and it will be fine though. I'd love to see those chapters fully scanlated.

Yes, because those are BDR's translations and he reserved it for HWMN. Just be patient since kewl is apparently doing a translation check for vol 42 translations and HWMN will release vol 42 eventually with the said translation corrections.
