So I finally decided to take the plunge and actually read all of Gintama. I've watched the anime over the years, which has its own charm, but boy was this one hell of a ride. I'm truly amazed that such a silly manga about shit and dick jokes has one of the most competently written ending arcs I've ever read.

must be the reason why sorachi introduced the skill so late into the story. who'd expect it to be the only thing that can kill the omnipotent last boss? not to mention that it's gintama's first ever official named special attack to boot!
It looks like some people are forgetting about Sadaharu.
At least Gintama is consensual, with our cherry boy scoring at the end of the day. Fairy Tail is a prison gangbang with your accosters screaming "NAKAMA" throughout your entire ordeal.
