I think I'm slowly starting to understand what is going on, well I mean on a philological level, as well as genetics. Though at this point I can only guess;It is probable that the reliance one human blood/flesh is more necessary the older they are, and the older brother understands this after what happened to the older sister, and want's to save his second sister who had stopped eating, but is still not as reliant on human blood/flesh, yet she soon will be.

The connection to the male lead's twin sister has at least two possibility; one being that the twins are actually distant relatives that don't have the same needs as that main family, but share some of the same characteristics. The other, and more likely, is that the twins have a simuler (not the same) mutation, but it's far more apparent on the sisters side, and this mutation is what has brought the eldest of the family to want to bring them into their family.

I doubt you would say the same thing if you're in his situation. Heck if it were me, I probably freak out and started to kill everbody since it's going to be killed or to be killed situation to me.

But to think that beautiful main girl eats human...lol. If the main character ever get to be with her I'm sure he would think "she won't bite right?" everytime they kiss XD
