I dunno, considering the situation they're living in it would be a lot more freaky if the kid acted normally, considering his older sister reverts to a cannibalistic beast now and then.

You should just assume the kids supress their sexual desire if they know common sense. If a kid see no reason to supress it, why would he not feel up the busty sister? But yeah, the boy in this manga is just a douchebag.
