Honestly it doesn't need attention.  Nothing really needs attention. 

 

"but it messes up other stuff like removing background music and other things" not sure what you mean.  batoto does do strip comics and as far as I know there isn't support for comics with music as of yet, though i believe grumpy is trying his best.

 

Honest question is who is the target of your message?  Are you inquiring help from anyone or do you have someone very specific in mind.

Check out the korean webcomics, most of them are in strip format.  The site already does what you want it to.  But I suppose the question is can you apply it not only to webcomics but all comics?  Yes it's possible.  Whether or not you should change the format is the question.
