I still haven't read Kubera (it's eternally on my to-do list), but Tower of God is what brought me here. I go back and catch up every once in a while. It's been a while, but I have lately been thinking of Rak a lot for some reason. Goodbye, turtle-I-never-knew.

Good bye Batoto. I’ve loved this site since 2012. Now that it’s disappearing, I finally realize how much time I’ve spent on here... I’ll always remember the good times I had reading and commenting here. (May the site owner have wonderful freedom from now on!)

I can't believe there are actually readers who think Light was some sort of "good guy".... That went out the window for me the moment he declared his own family would be offed, if he had to. >:(

Oh no, definetly not a good guy. At one point he crossed the Moral Event Horizon.
And he's been portrayed very well. An exciting egomaniac, psychopath, sociopath, engorsed by self-image of being a god.
I can understand why some see him as good, he was killing off the vermin, but... at one point he crossed the line and he didn't even notice it.
But they can worship the image and ideal of him, and not his actions after he crossed the moral e vent horizon.

I truly believe this series to be on the same level of quality as fullmetal alchemist was.
It is just such a shame that it never got an anime...
