The dialogue was really good, it just seemed so natural. And the main character, the doctor is so bad ass .

I like the mysteriousness of the story, and the way the doctor goes about discovering the hidden secrets of the patients.

I really like the Doctor, he seems like he is damn good at his job, and knows it.
The dialog is also definitely worth mentioning, I think it flows quite naturally.
