I'm confused.. Why is this series disallowed but other with as much sexual content are not? Why are series that deal with even more brutal things, like rape, acceptable but this isn't?

This series does deal with sexual situations and the main plot device is a fairly sexual one (not entirely, however, given the some of the things the female character says). This does not make it hardcore porn. It's a story for audiences mature enough to realize this. There is character development, drama, plot twists. Relationships and friendships effected and changed by the relationship between the two characters sharing the "peep hole". But how is this one different than any of the other series tagged "smut", "mature" or "ecchi" that are not banned but show just as many scenes of sexuality with just as much shown?

Take the series Delivery (http://vatoto.com/comic/_/delivery-r612) for example. What difference is there between that series and this one? Both deal with sexual situations, both show sexual situations in a censored fashion though blatant and somewhat "hardcore", one deals with drug addiction, both have minor scenes of violence. Why does Delivery get the stamp of approval while this one does not? Delivery isn't even the worst one I've come across on this website, Bradherley no Basha (http://vatoto.com/comic/_/comics/bradherley-no-basha-r1593) would be an example of worse and, again, shows blatant but censored scenes of sex (in this case it's brutal gang rape against multiple women for days until they die).

These series are not hidden either but they all have warning on them stating that they are for mature readers (red dot in the list and the red box on the main page). If your worried about minors stumbling across them there are step you can take.
A simple profile option "show mature content" could be implemented with minimal coding. Or even requiring users to be logged in and have the "show mature content" allowed on their profile before viewing a mature series would also stop random people from stumbling across these and wouldn't take much extra coding (I know, I've done filtering systems like this).
But given what's banned and what's not I don't think that is the issue, more likely it's a personal opinion since you still have your advertisers and userbase while still hosting a bunch of series that show scenes equivalent to scenes in this series or worse. I've seen comments stating a particular series made them sick to their stomachs and warned others it's not for the faint of heart but never a comment asking for a removal due to content. We can filter things we wish to read or not just fine as long as descriptions of series are accurate (this one could use a bit more fleshing out for a more accurate idea of what we're about to read however but a non issue seeing as it's banned)

I like your site, I like this series, I don't like having to visit inferior sites (imo) to view this series because of what seems like a personal bias against it.
*shrug* I do know it's your site and I just have to deal with decisions like this but I was confused so I wanted to post.

I don't get it either. The fact that I have to go to Mangafox to read any series makes me cringe. Not only do I hate that site, its slow as shit.

More on this subject however, just because people unwilling to be exposed to "sexual content" might be exposed to this it shouldn't really be a reason to get rid of it/not post it. You have to be pretty damn stupid if you manage to pull that off to be honest.

Stop trying to account for idiots.

It is quite possible they haven't been picked up by an admin or they have an underlining factor that keeps them here I personally haven't read either series but it's the sexual content that the site is trying to remove but this series is mostly banned cause it doesn't have much besides sex scene after sex scene and not much of a story tho it does have 1 and a good 1 at that it doesn't seem to take over from the sex scenes very much which is most likely why it isn't allowed

Just go to the scanlation's own website. It loads at a fairly good pace. http://www.ecchi.japanzai.com/?manga=Nozoki+Ana
