SO THIS IS WHERE THE FOOD POSTS WERE!
sadly I only have a picture of the finished product.. If I'd known about this thread earlier I would've posted the process..
Name of food: Spaghetti in Sausages (?)
Ingredients: pasta, olive oil, 8 tomatoes, 4 onions, ready made spaghetti sauce, 1 piece of cheese, German sausages
Preparation time: 60~75minutes
Cooking time: 30 mins, if you make the pasta and sauce at the same time
Difficulty: 4/10
Taste: 8/10
yeah the sausages might not be able to take the pasta and burst open like the piece on the bottom left corner

So uh I suck at baking. Like reaally badly.. The whole oven thing makes me paranoid cuz theres just so much like spreading the butter, the nonstick paper etc.. And this sucks cuz I can never seem to make any sweets and desserts. So here is my little recipe of non-oven-used dessert :] It's quite simple and I love it!
Name of food: Non-oven-used Apple Crumble
Ingredients: apples, cinnamon powder, flour, water, sugar, butter, water, honey, tiny bit of liquor
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Cooking time: 30 mins
Difficulty: 2/10
Taste: 9/10 (IMO.. i just love anything with apple and cinnamon <3)
- pre-apple process: apple + water + salt (used so that you don't get that weird brown rotten like colour coming out)
- the crumble process: melted butter + flour + sugar --> stick into the microwave
- the apple process: cinnamon + honey + apples + sugar(make it caramelised) + liquor (it brings out the smell) --> into saucepan
- finished product

For you lazy people out there, here's an easy meal to make (my phone camera broke, so no pic for you yet )
Name: Fay's Noob Chicken Steak
Ingredients: Chicken, chicken stock, veggie oil
Preparation time: Depends on how skillful you are with knife, but 5 min max
Cooking time: 15 minute-ish
How-to:
1. Cut the chicken into a steak-sized piece, it needs to be thick or it'll be dry (+ 150 grams)
2. Give it a shallow cut all over the surface to help it cook, coat it with pepper if you like
3. Heat the pan, add a little veggie oil
4. Sears the chicken on the pan on both side (3-5 minute each)
5. Pour in + a quarter cup of chicken stock, close the lid of your frying pan, and cook on medium heat till the stock turns entirely into steam (another 5 minute)
6. You might want to add in some french fries or potato wedges to accompany it
7. Serve while it's hot
Note: If you're not hungry yet, brining the chicken in the stock for an hour help give it a richer taste
Difficulty: 3/10 (might be hard to adjust the heat at first)
Taste: 7/10
You think chicken tastes like chicken before? You should try this for a size XD
EDIT:
Final Product:

This is my first attempt to make pasta. Not my best cooking, but at least I didn't set the kitchen on fire...hahaha...*hides the char remains* it basically pasta with hot dogs bits. I`ll show a better one once I get better. Italian cooking is sure is differently Chinese cooking. But at least I learn how to make spaghetti from scratch and how much it was pain and made my shoulder sore.
