I think you understate the importance of the Bia family and the value of Lo Po Bia's life to Team Lesoo. Let's not forget that Ren was involved in the slaughter of Anak's family. From the looks of it, it's the Bia family that's really threatening Androssi and Anak's current state of existence - we've yet to be introduced to any other kinds of real opposition to them, and likely won't until they're Rankers. Zahard doesn't seem to care, the higher ups don't seem to fussed, and anyone else who dislikes it hasn't bothered to make a movie, at this point it's pretty much the Bia family that's exclusively persecuting them, and quite avidly at that.  Also, the workings of Red haven't been revealed yet, they could be large or small, exclusive or not so exclusive, so it's hard to place a distinct value on Ren. You're right, he probably isn't anywhere near as valuable as Karaka is to FUG, but at the same time that doesn't make him fodder; he's still an important figure in the story for a variety of reasons and occupies a critical position in the setting.

Outside of that, I largely agree with what you're saying tbh. Except for the more speculative parts, but there's no point trying to contest that since it'll basically be grasping at straws from both sides. We don't exactly know to what extent Baam's rejected Androssi, to what extent Androssi and Lesoo are working together and so on.

 

Also, getting rid of Ren is beneficial to Baam too...he knows that Baam is an irregular and, seeing as the Bia family has expressed no qualms with interfering with regulars so far, is probably the most likely to cause trouble over it.

 

Still though, it's Baam's rejection that I'm more irked over, but I guess we won't know what's really going on until it's fully translated...maybe right now it's being made out to be worse than it really is?

I suspect that Ren's existence has been more of a nuisance than any real danger to Anak ever since 2F, and apparently the only one facing some problems because of Ren's lobbying is Androssi, who is suffering because it tarnishes her Zahard Princess credit. Speaking of Anak, she may have personal vendetta against Ren, but that's really just her thing.

 

As for the Bia Family, yes, it's threatening Androssi and maybe even Anak at this time, but not really in the physical sense. However, going by the fact that Ren's consistent lobbying still hasn't yielded a noteworthy response suggests just how weak of a presence Ren and / or the Bia family has in the circles that might otherwise care for these things. Also, if the important people are going to take action only once Anak becomes a Ranker, then more adversity during the climb might actually be desirable to gain resilience. Also, and this is more of an "art of war" kind of thing, I would personally prefer that the first wave after becoming a Ranker is manageable like Ren and not overwhelming like (vice-)commander of RED.

 

Well, Ren was sent to the 2F to deal with a Regular; I'd guess one doesn't get any more fodder-ish than that. =P

 

As for Baam's benefit from Ren's death, Ren probably thinks--like everyone else--that the Irregular died on 2F, and the ones interacting with the Name Hunt station and Androssi are apparently the Bia Princesses who never met Baam or JVG before. As for any trouble for Baam, I doubt Bia Family / Ren could cause as much trouble as FUG has been causing in the recent chapters; from Regulars to Rankers.

 

I suppose the reaction to the implied development is more a matter of personal taste, so that's not really something to argue over. That said, while I would like Koon and Baam to send Leesoo and his plan where the sun doesn't shine, I doubt Baam is going to abandon Androssi. It's just that he may help her out in a way that quite differs from what she had originally intended, but that would also nicely demonstrate Baam's growth.

It's sad tha Baam is not the one to blow away Lesso and Hatsu with Bangs,

 

At the end of this arc there should be one page for every head of ten families reaction to information Jyu Viole Grace = 25th Baam irregular.

 

And then Zahard rolling over in his bed.

At the very least, as far as the Ten Great Warriors go, Gustang has been well aware of pretty much everything all along. It would be a bit fun to get a little chuckle out of him, regarding the current events in the story. Or maybe he could drunkenly reveal/confirm who the Prince of Zahard is before the season ends.

It's not like a little bunny rabbit could overpower an irregular and a son of the ten great families (also her boss). All he has to do is take the wig off Baam, and no one will recognize him. Word travels slow around the station.

 

Koon may not like it, but he pretty much consented to it. Why? When your enemy also thinks that it is the best possible plan to defeat Kaiser, you should roll with it.

And i just wonder how these premiere chapters was not leaked sooner. You know, its the internet. Also, all the whole "webcomic" idea come in part from the resignation that is impossible avoid the spread of scans of traditional comic magazines.

What??? Baam wearing a wig here is not the problem. Baam didn't become Viole they just took all of them off gourd and announce to the world that he is Viole...there wasn't anything he could really do.
