I'm a little unsure about my stunts but I think the rest is good.

Lady Atrophy, the Sin that Smiles

 

Description:  A smooth talking hedonist who likes the world just the way it is.

 

Personality:   Atrophy is a being of needs and wants that she aims to satisfy.  The manner in which she does so is hardly anyone else's business and those that get in the way will either become her friend or be destroyed.  She's a very simple creature who hides behind complex maneuverings to obscure that truth.  The lady puts on a show and plays to all the expectations levied against her.  She doesn't dislike the game but she was never interested in the places it lead.  People desire power and they expect those around them to want it too which allowed Atrophy to use them to obtain her own desires which were far more base.

Profession: Bard (Medium Armor)- She's the center of attention and directs every gaze exactly where she wants it.  She dominates through misdirection, misinformation, or applied force if all else fails.

Biography:    Atrophy left the nightmare at a rather young age.  Ohh, she liked it well enough.  Sure, what girl isn't into all those sights sounds that can only be found back home?  It was a lot of fun but after a while it all kind of felt the same to her.  Not literally, you understand, there was plenty of diversity but the essence of the place lacked variety.  There's a niche and they nail to the wall as it screams.  They do what they do very well there there but just isn't a lot of desire to expand beyond it.  No, expanding into the mortal realm doesn't count.  Demons will just turn that place into another nightmare.  Where is the fun in that?  

 

So yes, she slipped out through a crack and never looked back.  They ask for reports from time to time and she gives them and sometimes they actually have helpful information.  Ohh, Atrophy would never lie of course but she does have a tendency to go on about the most tedious of facts.  Technically, she fulfills any obligations she has to the nightmare.  Don't get it wrong.  She doesn't hate her kind.  She rather likes Demons on an individual level but on the larger scale they can be rather droll and lacking in vision.  There is no end game in their plots that ends with a world that Atrophy can enjoy for long.  She get's rather bored quickly.

 

It's fun here.  The people and places change so quickly even Atrophy has trouble keeping up as she discards and creates new identities on a whim.  She enjoys mingling in the crowds of nobles.  They are so outrageously idiotic that she can't help but play in their games.  They bet everything for nothing and Atrophy takes it all while their distracted.  Of course, the best part of it all is the clothes.  Back home she rarely had reason to wear anything and yet here she's found that she rather enjoys the cling of silks.   The shoes!  Ahh, what incredible nonsense and yet Atrophy cannot do without.  Still, it's the people themselves that draw her the most.  The idiots in particular.  Those fools who dare to dream and achieve great deeds.  Idiots.  Yet, to be at their side as they rise and fall.  What a ride.  What a thrill!

 

Atrophy could do this forever.

• "These hips don't lie" - She can use her Con Artist skill in combat to confuse and mislead her opponent to create an opening for herself.

@Rogue: Your CS looks fine to me and the stunts work.

My only question is, how do you define her profession? Is she just a dancer and a singer, or is she more of a rogue and spy?

Your bio says your people understand that balance is necessary between good and evil.  Yet you just told people to pray a demon trying to be your friend away.  That's cold.

My only question is, how do you define her profession? Is she just a dancer and a singer, or is she more of a rogue and spy?

I wasn't really sure how to word that.  She likes to entertain and be the center of things.  She can do a bit of the stabby stabby and spy bit but it's not what she likes.  She is more about her social game than the knifeplay or spy part.  She dabbles.

Exactly, oddly. Isn't it?

 

She, like her people, tends to believe in neutrality. Balance. If something is acting to throw off that balance, she acts against whatever it is. "Good" or "Evil" accordingly.

Too much good is Totalitarian, too much Evil is chaos.

 

A middle ground must be found.
