The reason why most of the recommendation you get is web novel/light novel is because it's based off a LN. Also, most of the manga that was recommended is also based of LN/WN. Most of these manga serves as a promotional to the novel itself, so they don't usually get far. Once they get an Anime the manga is usually dropped either by the author himself or the scanlator since most of these were not high on quality being an advertisement in manga form.
If you want to get more content, the LN and WN is a good. Some people don't like to read, but LN is written in a way which is easy to read. I know many people that dislike reading novels but like LN or WN.

Quite the contrary - the reason I don't like LNs/WNs is BECAUSE of their 'easy to read' style.
I actually read lots of novels and so am used to reading well-written literature with a proper literary style - the LNs/WNs I have tried have a very 'amateur' style of writing (not sure if this is the actual way they were written or the Eng translation). So even if the content is good, it's difficult for me personally to read what is often poorly written prose (from a literary perspective).
Also, I don't really like reading long pieces of text on my computer, much prefer a real book in that case.

Black Out is one I'd say. It's not very far yet and more on the "getting sucked into a death-game" side, but it's a good read for now at least.
I don't know why there's only spanish scans here so find it on elsewhere (I don't know whether I'm allowed to link to other sites here)

Goblin Rou is unstoppable grey-haired badass in a long coat who wanders a new, unfamiliar world eating everything he can get his hands on, only to pull a useful ability from it later—
Wait, no, that was Bolt Crank:

I'm surprised no one has yet to mention http://vatoto.com/comic/_/tensei-shitara-slime-datta-ken-r15553... Or did I just missed the post mentioning it?.. Well no matter.
Similar to this, except he became a Slime in there.

Yes, Nonomiya, you did miss it. It was mentioned at least 2 times now. And most of them mentioned the comics, rather the web-novel.
I recommend this:
EDIT: First 260 or so chapters: http://moonbunnycafe.com/kumo-desu-ga-nani-ka/(there are also all sorts of other stories in that website, check them out.)
And here's the translator who picked up the story: http://raisingthedead.ninja/current-projects/kumo-desu-ga-nani-ka/
Prologue: A classroom explodes due to a dimensional rift caused by the clash between the Hero and the Demon King in a separate dimension, and the MC Kumoko (female, shockingly) reincarnated as a spider monster.
She has an amusing, blabbering personality.
The setting progresses through Levels and Skills.
There're currently over 260 chapters. So you can read-binge all you want.
Overall, it's a story that's very easy to read, and it's quite amusing.

I'm amazed this wasn't one of the first things mentioned. Although a story about a certain slime might be the closest to Re:Monster Kumo Desu Ga, Nani Ka? is by FAR the best of this sort of Isekai, or any sort of Isekai really, that I've read. It's got a pretty interesting system to its world, that actually has a reason for existing and gets explained and is important, it's got hands down the most interesting MC, and once you pass a certain event at around the halfway mark (of what is currently out) it gets reaaaaaaaaally good, and manages to solve its main flaw (lack of interesting characters outside of the MC) by adding in a genuinely interesting and relatable cast. Plus the plot gets really interesting. It deviates pretty heavily away from survival, though, and its never about leadership or state building in the way that our goblin and slime stories are, so in that sense its maybe not exactly what someone might be looking for in a Re:Monster type series. Still the WN is head and shoulders above any other Isekai series out there that I've read, and the manga, while still far behind, is looking promising, so I'd definitely give it a look regardless.
