Actually now that you've mentoned it, for alot of last week I've been getting alot of lag/slowing down when I have Batoto up while I'm trying to play games. I was on LoL and it went up to 65 ping and back down to 30 when I turned off Batoto.

Does not have to be related to batoto. LoL is supposed to be ddos'd at the moment, at least that's what I read here http://www.reddit.com/r/Guildwars2/comments/2e4srf/warning_possible_ddos_attack_in_progress/

I play on the OCE server, currently mostly NA and EU are the targets for the DDoS attacks.

Plus it's not just LoL, I used it as an example due to pings being more easy to monitor.
