Hello good people of Batoto. I have a request and hopefully you can fulfill it. I'm looking for a good fantasy shoujo or josei. I would have been okay with a shounen or seinen as well, but from past experience people keep recommending me ones that are too ecchi or even borderline-H. Not that I have a problem with smut and stuff, but I have my limits. So, I'm going to give you guys a little caution, I'm very picky about what I read. Mostly length than anything.

Must have:

- Fantasy (obviously from the title ^^)

- Romance

- At least 3 volumes in length

- Must be complete

What I don't want:

- Ecchi = NO!!

- Anthology: I'm not a big fan of anthologies or oneshots.

- Switching bodies: I don't want any that have to do with the main character(s) switching bodies with another. I find those quite annoying.

- Amnesia: Just like with the switching bodies thing, I find this type of plot element frustrating.

Manga that I've read:

Shoujo/Josei

Spoiler

I've read a lot more manga than this, but these are the ones tagged as "Fantasy." Manga that have things like vampires in them tend to be tagged as "supernatural," so that's why manga like Bloody Kiss aren't on the list.

Just one more thing. Do not recommend: Shugo Chara! or Gakuen Alice

Well, you specify manga so I'm a little hesitant to recommend many webtoons to you, but I'll recommend these three. Also, since they're webtoons, the shoujo/shounen/josei thing isn't necessarily as accurate (since they aren't traditionally published the labels on them are just what someone decided on), but I too read a lot of shoujo, so yeah, I'd recommend these three for "shoujo/josei fantasy"...... Come SpringAnnarasumanara3 Level Combination (this one's got some bullying type violence, I'll just go ahead and warn you).

I'd also recommend Witch Craft WorksThe Bride of the Water GodCarnivorous Princess YegrinnaBokura no KisekiRan to Haiiro no Sekai and After School Nightmare

and yeah, they're not necessarily shoujo or josei, but none of them are stupid ecchi type ones either. :D

Good luck finding something to read  :)

Ah, webtoons, I completely forgot about those. I actually do not like them all that much, but that is because most of them irk me when it comes to their art. However, I'll take a look at the ones you suggested. Who knows, I might like them. For ones you suggested that are still ongoing, a few looked interesting. I'll put them away to read later when they are complete. Though, I'm already reading Bride of the Water God. :P

Thank for the shounen/seinen suggestions. I, unfortunately, have not had the opportunity to read many. I've only read: Inuyasha, Yu Yu Hakushou, Tamago no Kimi, and Hellsing. I tried reading Code Breaker, which wasn't bad, but at one point it just completely lost my attention. Same thing with Inu x Boku SS. Ones I plan to pick back up when I have the time are Prince of Tennis and Rurouni Kenshin.

Thank you for the suggestions. ^^

Ahhh, I personally enjoy this genre myself. When you say shoujo/josei, I assume no shounen-ai and yaoi.
As svines had recommended, I agree with most, especially  After School Nightmare is a great title

Here is a few I don't see on your list that you might like.

7 Seeds - if you like basara you would like this (same author) romance is not the main focus
Kanata Kara - legendary classics (most chapter not found on batoto)

Rure

Akatsuki no Yona
Dokuhime
The Tarot Cafe - not offered on batoto
Tenshi Kinryouku (aka Angel Sanctuary)
Masca - there is a prequel and sequel, however its recommend to read the main story first.
Ragtonia

Kamisama Hajimemashita - I'm pretty sure you already read this but just in case.

Vampire Juujikai - not really shoujo/josei but seinen... however you could pass it off as shoujo at one point. The action pace is similiar to 07-Ghost.

See if you like any of them.

Ciel has one of the best character cast in shoujo - the protagonist in particular is wonderfully unique. The series is complete at 23 volumes, but the scanlation's still catching up. You might also like Soredemo Sekai wa Utsukushii, which happens to have an anime adaptation airing this season.

@Phoenix: Thank you. ^^

@「黑風影」: Yep, I'm already reading Kamisama Hajimemashita as well as Aktsuki no Yona. I've already read Kanata Kara. On my list, it is by its English name, "From Far Away." As for Masca, I work for Evil Flowers as a typesetter, and I actually do not read our projects unless I was reading them before I join or if I'm working on them. Some of the other ones that you've suggested I've already come across before (like After School Nightmare and Dokuhime), but wasn't sure if I would read them are not. I will probably check them out eventually.

@Seikah: For the same reason I will not read Masca, I won't read Ciel because I work for Evil Flowers. The other one you suggested looks interesting though.
