lately I have been very busy but I have free time now :3
Of course you can, it's the same as when you first asked me. xD
As long as one fills out a character sheet, and gets approved by either me, Maia or Inumori, anyone can join.
We're not starting the RP anytime soon so there's pleeeennty of time.

You can base your character off an anime character if you so choose.
Heck, when I joined the First incarnation of Batotia City, I based my character off Konan from Naruto, albeit my own spin on things but I have based my characters off some anime characters so go for it!
Take however long you need, there's no rush.
We're always accepting people, there's no deadline.
There's no limit for a certain amount of people in this roleplay.

Yes, as X stated, even if the RP starts, no matter how far we've gone, we will always accept new characters. Batotia City was built for anyone to join in at any time. However, make sure that you, my little Granddaughter, keep in mind of the rules. If you find, at any point that you are having trouble building your character or need advice, you can feel free to PM me, your Grandfather Inumori, or I-Xm-X. Any one of the three of us would be more than willing to help you, sweetheart.
That applies to anyone creating a character for this game. If you are finding that you are having issues building your character, please don't hesitate to send one of the GMs a PM. Even if it takes a little bit, we will always reply when we can.
