Hello! As some of you may know, some Naver Webtoon authors are in Frankfurt this week to promote their works internationally.  You can find more information on this thread in the Tower of God forum: http://vatoto.com/forums/topic/15081-siu-frankfurter-book-fair/

As I looked through the thread, they mentioned a link for English translated Naver comics, at http://m.comic.naver.com/en/  (for mobile).  The http://comic.naver.com/en/ link works too, with a better PC layout.

From the looks of it, they have the first 5 chapters of 20+ works, and among them is HANA, which is author WaNan's next work after Welcome to Room #305.   It is currently being serialized on Wednesdays, Korean time, at the following address: http://comic.naver.com/webtoon/list.nhn?titleId=557675&weekday=wed   At 22 chapters (free), it is one of the newer toons on Naver.

The English version that Naver put out is located at http://comic.naver.com/en/list.html?titleId=557675

HANA is slightly more of a mystery-thriller than drama, but WaNan's talent for drama and comedy are undiluted.  Hopefully, they'll continue with the English translations on a weekly basis! : )

So yeah, check out HANA too. : )

Edit:  The list of officially translated comics is here: http://vatoto.com/forums/topic/15144-navers-official-translation-of-webtoons/

Thanks for the heads-up, I actually just came back from looking at the list of titles, I had no idea Hana was from the same author as this one.

And yeah, I'd love to read it.......I guess we'll see if there will be more translated or not. As far as I can find it's not being scanlated though, so right now it would just be the first five chapters with no guaranty of more.

Glad to be of assistance. >_<

Yes, I suppose there's no guarantees whatsoever about there being more chapters translated ... I just hope that they(aka Naver) take this seriously and continue releasing chapters in multiple languages...

No reason not to think it's a possibility. I'm sure Naver likes money as much as everybody else, one would think this is  their initial attempts to gauge marketability outside Korea. Whether it's continued or not, or what titles might be  included later.........I would imagine is something they're still waiting to determine as well. I guess we'll have to wait and see.  :)

So this is why mangacow isnt doing some series anymore. Was there something about the update schedule? If the scanlators drop the series we'll have to wait a lot..

It's good that Korea is taking advantage of the popularity peak of this webtoons. It'll be no time till they feature new artists in english. Even Jump has started accepting english works for the Tezuka Awards. Next year Europe and America will triple their dosage of cosplaying

Font choice is absolutely terrible. Is there anyway to contact/leave comments for the translators?
