My Choices:

1. 10 points in Vitality because it is causing him problems. It will allow him to train longer and recover faster. Not enough to save his life if he gets hit once by a higher level. Later on, Train Vit, Str and Dex with Sun-Il in slowed down time instance.

2. Wisdom to 50, maybe he will get another special ability like when he rose his Int that high. Increased mana regen, gain "how to apply your knowledge (Int)", make better choice about which skills to learn/purchase and combine etc...

3. Future points as gain levels into Luck... see how it affects your real life, drop rate, magic crits etc.... maybe take up to 50. If its awsome take to 100.

4. Back to Int until you have photographic memory

How I came up with my choices:

2 Choices: Martial arts or Mage.

What Ive read is that people either want to raise str/vit/dex or Int/Wis/Luck

Jee-hans gamer ability atomatically works better with being a mage. This is because he can learn skills so easily. Imagine Sun-Il trying to learn summon elemental. It would take him years. And then to learn another random skill of Life-Drain. Sun-Il would not be as powerful as he is. The amont of time he would have to study to increase his Int.

 Long Term Plan.

Vitality, Strength and Dexterity seem the easiest to gain stat points through training... (Not LvLing up) Example: Sun-Il gained 20 points in str, 10 in vita, 20 in Dex in 2 lvls between lvls 29 and 31 through his training. The rest stayed the same, but thats 50 points in 2 levels, and something like a week of training.

On this point, Luck is the only stat point you can not train to get. Therefore it should not be ignored

Current survivability / overall strength.

4 stats fit: Vit, Int, Wis, and Luck (See Elimination below why Str and Dex not included)

Int because all of his spells would do more damage

Wis because he could sustain his skill more freely

Vit to avoid accidental one hit kill.

Luck for better drops = more skill books and money to purchase gear etc from Abyss AH.

~ Note: I would buy some paladin/cleric Buffing skills: Keeping these enchantments and mana shield up all the time with mana regen

Role-Playing... or in this case real life for the gamer

Luck is just awsome to have: Luck in meeting girls included?

Wisdom required to apply the Int I have.

More Int for spell dmg

Vitality so I dont get tired

Dex to do crazy Parkour/Ninja stuff

Str... eh kinda boring actually. Yeah I can lift up a car.... wohooo... oh wait, I have an elemental that can do that with an earth hand.... nm Oh wait, ive learned to TP, I dont need to ever be inside a car again.

Elimination:

Str is not needed because is offensive, and he already has Int. Int works better with his ability to learn skills very easily. More spells skill books than shield bash skill books.

Dex is way cool, and would make for a fun life running of building walls etc... But a very heavy point investment would be required to make useful. I would add points in this just to make life more fun after I got stronger.

Finishing Remarks

Even though I think the Gamer could get stronger fastest buy putting points in Str, Dex, Vit and focusing his training on the chunbunmoon passives to get more stat points, this would severly limit him in the future. He could not get all of the chunbunmoon skill books because he is not part of the clan. And he would looses all the utility of spells. Having 6 buff elementals casting spells on their own, and going invisible with a hat.... or good at martial arts???

interesting all around and pretty sensible, and good you included dex, which is often overlooked but it think the trouble you would have would be against the anti-mage specialist, anti-magic armor and dispell weapons. but as you've got dx in your build you should still be able to get the fuck away so it should be cool ^^

on a roleplaying note...for parkour i think it's an association of str and dx, you need muscle (not big bulging one, but good muscles still) so you should still raise it a bit so you can go matrix like and fall from a building do your roll smile at your ennemy then bye bye.
