Okay... I think this thread has gone far enough. Locked.
The original question you've asked has been answered multiple times, truepurple, there is no reason to pointlessly debate about how or how not currygom should run her blog and what she chooses to do with it, nor about the legal aspects of Naver's copyright over Kubera. But, I'll re-hash what both Mizura and Webtoon-Fan have said to try putting some final clarity on the issue for you.
In a nutshell, by hosting and paying for currygom's webtoon, Naver owns the rights to Kubera. If currygom were to positively acknowledge unofficial foreign scanlations in any way, shape, or form (which--I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume--includes foreign translations of the Kuberian world, magic/transcendentals, or character profiles on her personal blog) she would be infringing upon her contract with Naver to keep Kubera exclusively with Naver and its Korean audience. And that's a huge no for any webtoon author.
If you ask, "Why doesn't Naver have their webtoons officially translated into English?", that's most likely because Naver is, for now, an exclusively Korean-based corporation and search engine/portal. It's unfortunate for foreign fanbases, but in their webtoon subsection, they seem to have little to no interest in branching out to other languages at this time. Perhaps they might in the future, who knows? However, that's not something webtoon authors can control, and something they absolutely must abide by if they want to keep their contract intact.
Back to my main point: I think the problem here isn't that others are ganging up on you; the problem is that no matter how everyone here answers your questions, you continue to oppose and argue against what they tell you and spin it into another debate of some sort. In the end, everyone--both you and other forumers here--becomes frustrated, either because you believe your questions aren't fully answered, or someone else thinks their answers aren't being fully acknowledged, and the thread quickly escalates into something it shouldn't. I've noticed this as a trend with many of your threads, truepurple. I'm only pointing it out because I think it's something for you to keep in mind in the future.
Wow I feel like I wrote an essay there.
