Lots of perhaps lore? Qrow's semblence however, damn... And it very nicely explains why that beam nearly fell on Rwby, and a good amount of other stuff that happens with Qrow around.

Tbh, I only started watching it because I was a fan of Monty's fighting scenes and I'd watch anything he makes. I've been a big fan since I watched Dead Fantasy way back when I was in high school (somewhere in 2007-2008).

 

RWBY's other animations that's not fighting animations are kind of plain and clunky back in Volume 1-2. I believe it changed somewhere in 3, and definitely noticeably better now in volume 4. (Though while the standard non-fighting animation went up, I'd say the fighting animation somewhat degraded a little bit but maybe it's just me.)

I don't know how many episodes they have planned. Season 1 had 16, Seasons 2 and 3 had 12, so it's probable that Season 4 will have 12 as well, meaning there are 2 is 1 episodes left.

However, this Season lacked any real progress or setup. Minor character development, minor plot movement, lot of minor and not much anything else. At least how it feels to me.

It did have some highlights and it was a very feely season, but more by pulling on already painful strings.

We'll see how it ends.

We already know that he was doing it for revenge, reiterating it verbally is just... It was pretty damn clear his emotions were getting the better of him, that's why naruto was like REN STAP, and Nora was the same. It was already really clear.

Sorry but I just felt it was corny :| And corny is corny, I didn't choose to feel that way. No matter how good I like RWBY, it's definitely not free of criticisms. I re-watched it and still felt the same thing.

 

There's nothing to really talk about. I liked the end though. Apparently there's an inside joke with Qrow saying pipsqueak, because FMA voice actor and stuff, but I didn't get that because I didn't watch the dub.

 

Hoping the next season would redeem Yang and Ozpin, and maybe show more of Raven.
