I recently read Gun x Clover and some other manga which where similiar to that.

Well so what I am looking for is a action manga (preferably also romantic sub/plot) where the mc is already strong or maybe even smart from the beginning but pretends to be weak or doesnt stand out in a way (so something like secret identity, but not like secret hero like ratman). It doesnt matter if his real power/self are discovered early in the manga.
(P.S. not some kind of hidden power that the mc discovers throughout the story)


Mangas Ive already found which fit the description:

Freezing Zero (Kazuha's story)
Gun x Clover (like already mentioned)
Bloody Monday (and sequels 2 and 3)
Mahouka Koukou no Rettousei
Densetsu no Yuusha no Densetsu (though this is some kind of "hidden power")
Tora Kiss - a school odyssey
Seirei tsukai no kenbu

Hm, so maybe something like Psycho Staff? It's unfortunately very short, though.


EDIT: You could also try Sanctuary. It's a classic manga, and although the two main characters don't necessarily pretend to be weak, they do hide their real intentions and pretend to be subservient at times in order to achieve their goals.

okay thanks, I cant see much from the description but I will look into it. btw it doessnt matter if the manga is short that just means i can read it in a day

I am already watching it and I am more looking for mangas. I know that there is a manga to it but unfortunately no chapters are out yet. Renzokuseiscans is gonna pick it up and I am gonna read it once its out,

I was gonna suggest something but forget the name at the last minute, I believe the protagonist was cursed with a killing intent or something, anyways he was a strong mc and the only part he felt weak was when he lost his girlfriend..
Anyways, I feel you suggested more than you got xD, which is a good thing for me so thanks for your suggestions.

Just took a short peek and it certainly does seem interesting but to be honest the art is not really to my liking. But well story is good so it doesnt really matter so I am gonna keep reading it.
